I just spotted this today on Expedition Portal: a rare, 1979 Australian-market Toyota Land Cruiser HJ45 Diesel for sale. This is the 40-series Land Cruiser known as the “Troopy.”
Here are the details: 94,000 miles and 9,500 miles on a rebuilt 2H, 6-cylinder, diesel engine, a 4-spd, manual transmission, two fuel tanks, 11 seats, 1-ton load rating, RHD (right-hand drive).
Upgrades include a snorkel and fresh polyurethane paint.
